Peste cu legume

At dinner you can eat animal proteins (fish) and vegetables. Fats, cheese, starchy or fatty meat will be hard to digest and consequently the body will store fat in the form of adipose tissue, which in time will lead to overweight and obesity.

Warning! Meat soups are not recommended during the evening, because they can trigger outbursts of nocturnal hypertension. Soups and broths as well contain large amounts of amino acids, which at night can increase blood pressure. You can eat soups and broths at lunch, but with no cream and with no fatty meat. Vegetable soups and broths are mostly recommended.

You should have a light dinner that consists of the following: foods that contain easy to digest animal proteins, that are rich in essential fatty acids omega 3 with long chain, fish, seafood – not fried, foods that contain vegetable protein and small amounts of simple sugar: green vegetables (lettuce, spinach, asparagus), liquid drinks (natural mineral water).

Exmple of recommended dinner:

- 100 g oily fish: salmon, cod, mackerel, sardines, trout, herring, tuna
- Green vegetables
- Natural mineral water

Example of recommended dinner during the fasting period:

- salad made from mushrooms, sponges, well washed and prepared raw in the form of carpaccio with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley leaves.
